Description

In a series of four 90-minute webinars, Roger Dodd presents a completely integrated cross-examination system taught via learnable concrete principles. In each webinar Roger illustrates key principles and techniques of cross-examination to implement at trial and at depositions (in-person or online). His examples are based on dozens of real-life examples. Even if you don’t take the whole series, you will immediately be able to put to use important cross examination skills that Roger shares.

In this webinar (Part 3 of the series), webinar focuses on oratorical techniques and devices.  “Looping” is the best way to label all important witnesses and pieces of evidence.  “Double Looping” remains the strongest technique to compare case facts with opposing experts’ opinions that are not connected logically to the facts. “Spontaneous Loops” are not truly spontaneous but appear that way to jurors and the witnesses. This technique increases case momentum and dramatic changes. This webinar concludes with analyzing the most effective sequence of Chapters at trial, and at deposition (in-person or online). Each sequence is different.
