If you are unable to attend on the scheduled date/time you will either:

• be sent a link to view an On-Demand recording of the presentation that you will be able to self-submit as one of your 5.5 hours of self-study CLE credit. This will occur if CLE credit is still available for the On Demand version of that course, or
• if CLE credit is not available for the course, you will receive a monetary credit to your account that you can apply to the registration for any available Simulive or On Demand course.

Note that due to the recent changes to Rule 5, going forward On-Demand programs no longer qualify for Ethics or Harassment & Discriminatory Conduct CLE credit.​

Effective 1/1/2019, On-Demand versions of Simu-Live courses that list ethics credits no longer qualify for ethics credits. Credit for all On-Demand courses will be applied to the self-study general credit requirement.  Questions call the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar at 207-623-1121.
